I took my CIMA P3 Exam this morning and passed. I have been very impressed with my Home Study online package. Along the way all the processes have met my expectations.My books arrived in full and in entirety to the correct address I stated.I found it helpful to have the choice of going through the topics online or with my Textbook, or combining the 2.The Learning tutors were pleasant and helpful every time I spoke to them and responded in a timely manner, to any requests.The Academic tutor who emailed me gave me very good , honest advice, which I took on board and was critical, in terms of me passing.The only area of improvement I could give would be audio videos of tutors going over the harder topic areas, maybe 10-15 minutes in length, to be included within the modules.Otherwise, I was very happy with the experience and I believe it provided good value for money.

Have taken all my AAT exams at Kaplan Nottingham and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are lovely, they have adhered to all covid compliance measures and made it safe and the exams are run very efficiently.

Very helpful but Study Text could have been proof read before being published.

If you are considering applying for Kaplan OnDemand any course please be informed that you are not going to receive value for money.Unfortunately, I have made that mistake and the fashion I have been treated by the Head of Academic support is way beyond limits of respect and customer treatment. She frequently calls me a heavy user as I use the services the way each payer has right for. Her anger and pollution goes on and on just because I havent been satisfied with her Team and their knowledge, which I have yet again a full right for. Unfortunately, in order to receive at least a good answer from tutors one should struggle a lot. Sometimes you can answer better than them by yourself. It seems their KPIs and lack of training stopped them from developing a good customer satisfaction, which was replaced by KPIs for prompt responses.

Still haven’t received any of my books or access to my learning material online despite purchasing the package nearly a month ago. Disappointing.

Very organised, location easy to find close to train station, friendly and clear instructions on the day.

Tutors are amazing, and Kaplan material and support are the best! I've tried other suppliers, but nothing compared with high standard Kaplan service.

Despite the madness of our current world, and the restrictions placed upon all of us, Kaplan Publishing have clearly decided to defy the odds and continue to provide the high level of service that they always have done. I ordered a textbook only a few days ago, and even though I was actually allowing for a time delay for the UK's lockdown, it arrived well within the normal 3-5 working days period. WELL DONE Kaplan, and thank you!

I applied to do the CIMA operational level (E1,P1,F1 and OCS) the total cost was £2,000 but the material was below expectation.1) Videos were short and do not complete exam standard questions2) The practice questions contain material not taught in the video lectures3) Text book is really bad, contains many questions and answers but not enough solid content to explain the subject matter. You are asked to cycle before walking.£2000 is also a gross overprice for this shoddy material presented. I suggest you save yourself the cost and get materials i found vastly superior in delivery. What you need to pass CIMA1) Quality practice questions. google Passtest academy and subscribe.2) You need someone to teach the content and also walk you through exam technique , accowantancy was a great resource.I have tried ACCA in class tuition with these people before and that was a disaster. Then i tried CIMA live on demand hoping that it would be better and i could study at my own pace with all the resources i need to pass. However, you end up having to chat to a tutor at almost every hurdle as the explanations on text book are bad and the video lectures are too short to understand the subject matter .Some topics are easier than others but when you get to advanced variance analysis then this course falls apart. The above resources mentioned for £150 each at the time of writing and are vastly superior. There is also opentution which is also a free resource and is better than this in my opinion.

Course material Kaplan MCSthis is the second i am disappointed with Kaplan, i was going to sit my exam in Aug 20, i didnt received my materials until 1 week before exam was due. cancelled exam. Now again for November 20, they have done it again, course started a week ago and no materials so called to cancel as lack of support from customer service advisors and emails ( which is very slow at responding). they are charging me £100 cancelling fee due to course started already. its a problem from them not me as they are not doing there duties properly, logistic team got wrong address, which i have emailed and called several times to change address, obv got ignored. NOW i have to wait 7-10 working days for my money to be returned, which means another sitting of exams is cancelled for me due to Kaplan, as monies are held until they approve my request and give the money back. this is very very appealing and bad reputation . recommend everyone to keep monies and look elsewhere.
